In addition, the conjugate is devoid of unconjugated HRP that can cause background signal. Selectoprobe™ polyHRP-Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG is compatible with chromogenic, fluorogenic and chemiluminescent HRP substrates used in ELISA, Western blotting, immunohistochemistry (IHC) and nucleic acid hybridization assays.
