Description: The Europium cryptate labeling reagent is specifically designed for biomolecule labeling, enabling the rapid and efficient development of time-resolved fluorescence resonance energy transfer (TR-FRET) assays. It facilitates quick and easy labeling of peptides, proteins, and oligonucleotides.
The N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS)-activated Europium cryptate reacts with the primary amines on biomolecules, allowing for simplified and efficient conjugation.
Compared to the other compounds, our Selectoprobe™ Cryptate Eu probes have extremely high stability, high emission yield and ability to selectively label biomolecules. Moreover, our Eu probes are insensitive to fluorescence quenching when conjugated to biological polymers such as antibodies.
