Description: Goat anti-mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins and are useful in the detection, sorting or purification of its specified target. Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility enabling users to use many detection systems (e.g. HRP, AP, fluorescence). They can also provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Selectoprobe™ polyHRP-Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Conjugate is designed to deliver the highest sensitivity and low background in immunoassays where sample volume is limited or when the target molecule is present at low levels. The goat anti-mouse IgG poly-HRP conjugate is purified to remove unconjugated goat anti-mouse IgG molecules that competes for binding sites with its HRP-conjugates. In addition, the conjugate is devoid of unconjugated HRP that can cause background signal. Selectoprobe™ polyHRP-Goat Anti-Mouse IgG is compatible with chromogenic, fluorogenic and chemiluminescent HRP substrates used in ELISA, Western blotting, immunohistochemistry (IHC) and nucleic acid hybridization assays.
Description: The Selectoprobe™ Eu probe enable time-resolved fluorometry (TRF) for the assays that require high sensitivity, showing large Stokes shifts and extremely long emission half-lives when compared to more traditional fluorophores such as Alexa Fluor or cyanine dyes. Compared to the other TRF compounds, Selectoprobe™ Eu probes have relatively high stability, high emission yield and ability to be linked to biomolecules.
This lyophilized Selectoprobe™ Eu goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) conjugate is commonly used as a second step reagent for indirect immunofluorescent staining, when used in conjunction with primary antibodies.
