Labeling reagents
Labeling reagents play a crucial role in bioconjugation, which is the process of attaching synthetic molecules or probes to biomolecules such as proteins, nucleic acids, or carbohydrates. This enables researchers to modify biomolecules with precision, facilitating various applications in chemical biology, drug discovery, and diagnostics.
Common types of labeling reagents include enzyme-linked labeling reagents, biotin-streptavidin labeling reagents, antibody-based labeling reagents and click chemistry labeling reagents.

Selectoprobeâ„¢ polyHRP-Donkey Anti-Goat IgG Antibody Conjugate
Catalog No.: SP-F-0160
Description:
Selectoprobeâ„¢ polyHRP-Donkey Anti-Goat IgG Conjugate is designed to deliver the highest sensitivity and low background in immunoassays where sample volume is limited or when the target molecule is present at low levels. The polyHRP-Donkey Anti-Goat is purified to remove unconjugated goat anti-mouse IgG molecules that competes for binding sites with its HRP-conjugates. In addition, the conjugate is devoid of unconjugated HRP that can cause background signal. Selectoprobeâ„¢ polyHRP-Donkey Anti-Goat IgG is compatible with chromogenic, fluorogenic and chemiluminescent HRP substrates used in ELISA, Western blotting, immunohistochemistry (IHC) and nucleic acid hybridization assays.
Storage: Refrigerated (2-8 °C); Minimize light exposure

Selectoprobeâ„¢ polyHRP-Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody Conjugate
Catalog No.: SP-F-0156
Description: Goat anti-mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins and are useful in the detection, sorting or purification of its specified target. Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility enabling users to use many detection systems (e.g. HRP, AP, fluorescence). They can also provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.

Selectoprobeâ„¢ polyHRP-Streptavidin Conjugate
Catalog No.: SP-F-0158
Description: Immunoassays (such as histochemistry, ELISAs and Western blotting) are important in clinical diagnosis and experimental protein analysis. These indirect analytical strategies primarily rely on the binding of an antigen by a specific antibody (primary antibody), followed by the detection of primary antibody by an enzyme or fluorescently labelled secondary antibody, allowing the semi-quantitative detection of a protein of interest. Histochemistry, ELISAs and Western blotting have been the common choices for protein validation studies for the past several decades. Technical advancements and modifications are continuously being developed to enhance the detection sensitivity of these procedures. Among them, streptavidin-containing poly-horseradish peroxidase (PolyHRP) based detection strategies have been shown to improve signals in a variety of immunoassays. The commercially available streptavidin and antibodies conjugated with many HRPs (PolyHRPs) have been widely used to enhance the detection sensitivity in immunoassays.
Selectoprobeâ„¢ polyHRP-Streptavidin Conjugate is compatible with chromogenic, fluorogenic and chemiluminescent HRP substrates used in ELISA, Western blotting, immunohistochemistry (IHC) and nucleic acid hybridization assays. Due to the extremely high sensitivity of Selectoprobeâ„¢ polyHRP-Streptavidin Conjugate a blocking procedure may been needed to eliminate the interference caused by the endogenous biotinylated proteins.
